Highfield Investments is pleased to announce that Mobis Parts Canada Corporation has leased approximately 209,500 SF in Building 11 at High Plains Industrial Park.  Mobis provides OEM parts distribution for both Hyundai and Kia dealers across Canada.

Raymond Irwin, Manager for National Distribution Operations with Mobis notes “Western Canada holds various advantages to assist with dealer service, availability of facilities with future growth opportunities, financial considerations and transferring product between Ontario and the Western distribution centers. From my perspective, I see Calgary, Alberta as the new central point for servicing Western Canada”.

High Plains Industrial Park is a 1,500 acre master-planned park that is ‘center-ice’ for western Canada distribution centres and ecommerce fulfillment facilities. The Park is home to Walmart, Sobeys, Home Depot, Conagra, Rona, Smuckers and numerous other Corporate Canada tenants.  Importantly, Bison Transport, Canada Cartage and Charger Logistics will offer over 60 acres of truck transport facilities to provide FTL and LTL services to our Park tenants.
