Highfield’s commercial division owns, leases and manages income-producing property across Calgary and the surrounding region: industrial and warehouse space, professional office, retail, and two boutique hotels with their restaurants. We view these as long-term assets where value is built through operations, tenant relationships and reinvestment rather than resale.

Every property in our commercial portfolio is managed by our own Calgary-based team. Tenants deal directly with the owner, decisions do not travel out of province, and the standard a building is maintained to is set by the party who will still own it in a decade.
